We make the process of selling your house to us easy. In fact, there are just four quick steps to selling your house when you work with us. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Submit your property information online.

Step 2: We’ll call you and set up a time to see the property.

Step 3: We make you an offer when we visit the property. If you like it, we’ll write up the paperwork then and there.

Step 4: All paperwork sent to title company, we schedule a settlement date and close the sale!

So here’s the question we get asked all the time, ‘Are you real estate agents?’ No, we’re not real estate agents. Most often the properties we are working on with owners aren’t even listed for sale.  The fact that we’re not realtors is actually a plus for you for many reasons, but we won’t go into all of that right this second (Read more here). In selling your house with us, you will not have to pay any commissions. What that means for you is that when we make you an offer, the bottom line number that it says you’re going to get is exactly what you’re going to get. Did we mention that we also take care of all of the closing costs so you don’t ever have to come to the table with money? Yes, that’s true too.

Another plus is that because we’re not agents and won’t be listing your house in the MLS, you won’t have tons of people coming in-and-out of your house. We know it’s disruptive to have that happen, so our goal is to make this process as simple and stress free as possible for you. The other thing is that we’re not going to ask you to fix up your house in order for us to buy it. We want to buy it exactly as it is, and if you want to leave stuff in there that you don’t want, we’ll also take on the task of getting rid of it for you (something else you won’t have to pay for!). Long story short, whatever challenge it is that you’re facing with your house, we can help you. We’ll crunch the numbers and give you the best possible offer to consider that would actually solve your problem.

We could go on and on about the benefits of working with us, but it’s probably better that you hear from some of our past clients.
